Stuart Grossman Featured in Daily Business Review on First Amazon Plane Crash Lawsuit

The first lawsuit following the Amazon cargo plane crash at Miami International Airport was filed while the cause of the crash remained under investigation. Stuart explained that early filing can help preserve evidence and witness testimony. He also observed that being first to file may position a firm to attract other claims arising from the crash.

The complaint names multiple defendants and sets out several possible causes. At this early stage, Stuart said, any of those theories could prove relevant: “Throw the widest net possible.”
